Get Your Paypal Account Verified for Free

As we all know, Paypal is one of the most secure and popular used system for online transactions and most of the online shops and other services accept Paypal as their payment medium. Thus Paypal gives a lot of features to its users.

Generally, there are two  types of accounts that are available – Personal and Business.

I will Guide you step by step procedure to verify your Personal Paypal account with the help of Payoneer MasterCard and US Payment Service supported by Payoneer.

You do not have to pay any fee to Paypal or Payoneer throughout this process and at the end of this process you get the Free Paypal account,Payoneer Master Card and United Sates(US) Bank Account from Bank of America 

Follow step by step Guide: 

1) Create Payoneer Account and Apply for Payoneer Master Card

A new tab is open and than you have to click Send Mass Payouts.Than you choose Personal Account and click on Sign Up.On new page again click on Sign Up.
Now click on Start Here and fill your personal details.

You must have to provide Correct Information

After filling all the form with correct Information check the last box only if your Home Address and Shipping Address is different and write your Shipping address after you checked the box.If your Home address and Shipping address is same than you do not need to check the box at the end of Personal Details.

Now click on Step II and choose your Password and Security Question.It is good to write your password,security question and answer on personal diary for future safety because if you will forget than you can get it from your personal diary.

Last click on the Step III and fill all the fields.I prefer you to choose Passport as government issue ID because it is Internationally accepted and if you do not have passport don't worry you can choose either Driver license or National Id ,than check all the boxes below and click Finish.

Now you receive the email from the Payoneer Customer Support which confirms that "We have received your Payoneer Prepaid Debit MaterCard®  Order!" 

This email also contain your reference number in Payoneer system regarding you application copy that number and save it as you will need it in future.

Now login into your Payoneer account and you can see that your Application is  at Pending Approval stage.This may take 10-15 days.Once your application is approved than your card will shipped.
Congratulation! you have finished the first step of the Guide.Now move to Step 2 below.

2) Check Your Application Status

Now after 10 days login to your Payoneer account to check your application status and if it's still pending than click on Support center  and send them message and select  the options as I selected in the image below.You also have to provide the scan copy of your Passport/National Id/Driver license the you selected in the Step 1 of this guide and make sure it is clear and I recommend .jpeg format image.You must also provide your application reference number that you get from the very first email you received from Payoneer in the Step 1 of this guide. 

You will receive another email from Payooner's Account Approval Department.which contain this message:

"Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting us.

Due to an increased volume of new Payoneer applications, processing times may be longer than usual. We are doing our best to review all pending applications as soon as possible and in the order that they are received, and appreciate your patience.

Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with further details.

When contacting us regarding this issue, please use the following reference number: LTK12153010521739X.

If you have any questions after your account has already been approved, please use our webform for faster service: http://www.payoneer.com/EmailForm.aspx.

Thank you,

Payoneer's Account Approval Department"

Now wait for couple of more days and mean while keep on checking your email account and if they again asked you to upload scan copy of your Passport/National Id/Driver license to proof your identity than upload it again.
Now after some days when your application is approved than you are at Step 3 at Payoneer account see the image below and wait for your Payoneer Prepaid Debit MaterCard® at the address you provide in the application form in Step 1 of this guide.

You also receive congratulation email from Payoneer when your application is approved see below:

Along with congratulation email you relieved an important email regarding US Payment Service which is needed to verify Paypal account 

To verify/enable this service they asked you to fill a Questionnaire form and you must click on Click here to open questionnaire in next tap and fill it.Now login to your Payoneer account and click on  Receive Money and than choose US Payment Profile and move to end of the page and if you see Questionnaire is submitted and ID Documents are approved than it's mean your US Payment Service is approved and you also receive another email confirming that your US Payment Service is now enabled if any thing is missing at US Payment Profile  than complete it.

Now when you received the Master Card than enter the Master Card Number in the Payoneer account than your Master Card is activated.
